Straightforward
The process is simple, easy and convenient. We provide you an affordable way to offer peace of mind.
Protect what matters
Will Writing isn't just required for distributing your assets. It's about protecting what you care about; whether it's the little ones, pets or the business through proper estate planning.
Any questions? We have the answers for you.
Is the Will written legally valid?
Yes – provided it is completed correctly. In the UK, for a Will to be legally valid, you must sign it in the presence of two witnesses, who must also sign the Will. The witnesses must not be beneficiaries named in the Will; if they are, any gift to them will be invalid.
We provide clear, step-by-step instructions through our platform and app via the Education Portal. This includes explainer videos and a short quiz to ensure you fully understand the process.
If you need any additional guidance, please contact us at info@willworx.co.uk.
If I have made another Will is this one valid?
Only one Will can be legally valid at a time. The Will that has been most recently signed and correctly witnessed will override any previous Wills and is the one that will be legally valid.

What happens if I die without a Will?
If you die without a Will, you are said to die intestate. This means your estate will be distributed according to strict legal rules, rather than your personal wishes.
We know this can sound complicated. To help, visit our "Why Make a Will" page, where we explain the process in plain English, break down any complex terms, and provide helpful articles to guide you through what happens next.
If I am married or in a civil partnership do I need two Wills?
Yes. If you are married or in a civil partnership, you will usually need two separate Wills—one for each person.
You can choose to create two single Wills, or alternatively mirror Wills or mutual Wills, depending on your circumstances and wishes. For more information on these options, please visit our "Why Make a Will?" page.
How does the WillWorx AI service work?
Our AI service is a self-use tool designed to help you create your Will independently. As this service is automated, it is not regulated by the Society of Will Writers and does not include expert review as standard.
You may choose to add a professional review for £25, where one of our experts will check your AI-generated Will for accuracy and legal soundness.
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your Will before signing and making use of our customer reviews to help you decide whether this service is right for you. If you would prefer full professional oversight, please consider one of our expert-checked services.
